If support is for a client side issue we simply charge for our time we have to spend on the issue.. ie lost passwords, email and website changes/issues/questions or support. There is a minimum charge of $75 for our time dealing with client side support/maintenance issues. Please submit issue details below. $75 gets a maximum of 30 mins of website support/changes. Most standard issues can be resolved within 30 mins. If your support issue is likely to take longer than 30 mins, we will advise you of this before we proceed.
