How to make invoice payments

Webeasy use the secure gateway of paypal to accept payment. Paypal payments can be applied in the following ways: [ You don't need a paypal account to use paypal]

Pay an invoice

  1. Login to your Client Area.
  2. Click 'My Invoices'.
  3. Click 'View Invoice' for the invoice you would like to pay.
  4. At the top right of the invoice is a 'Paypal' button click this.

On the paypal payment page do the following.

  1. If you DO NOT have a paypal account.
    1. Click the 'Continue' link under the 'Dont have a paypal account section'

Pay in advance (Top-Up)

Why not credit your account, using Add funds. Any credit you have will automatically be applied to any future invoices. This is great if you have not set up automatic payments but say are going on holiday during the time when a payment will be due and so by adding credit can take care of it before you go. Click here to add funds to your account.

Please note: if you have credit , whenever an invoice is issued, i.e. domain renewals, hosting ( unless automatic payment is set up on the hosting) the credit will be applied to this invoice immediately.

Domain name renewals: payment will be taken from any existing credit 60 days before a domain expires. Please send us a ticket if you do not want to renew your domain before this 60 day period so any payment is not automatically taken.
