Webeasy does not offer redundant or mirrored backups. Webeasy will run courtesy backups at our discretion. Clients are responsible for saving the content of there website.

Each Client is responsible for their own backup and backup policies. Webeasy is not responsible for keeping backups of client files.

We recommend all content on your webpages are saved in a word document.

Note: Before you think of leaving us or not joining because of our backups policy, please note that this is standard web host policy and almost every hosting company will have it in place, unless you specifically purchase a backup plan. the reason for this is legal not laziness.? We do make backups of the whole server but accessing individual accounts and restoring them is time consuming so may cost additional, and are not guaranteed.
